CannabCo pioneers new cannabis market segment with exclusive Odourless Cannabis™ product

BRAMPTON, ON, Oct. 9, 2019 /PRNewswire/ – CannabCo Pharmaceutical Corp. (CannabCo), a Canadian company located in Brampton, Ontario, is pleased to announce its intent to expand on production and product offerings resulting from the overwhelming interest received on deployment of the PureScent™ technology. Less than a month ago, CannabCo announced PureScent™, the technology responsible for the production of Odourless Cannabis™, a global cannabis first, and since that time, PureScent™ has seemingly created a new market segment in the industry.

Originally developed for the medical market and dubbed “PureScent™”, the technology was designed to eliminate much of the harshness of smoking cannabis by consumers without losing any of its properties. “Since the time of the announcement, the response has been overwhelming”, said President & CEO Mark Pellicane, “Within hours of the announcement we were inundated with public inquiries.”

Numerous products exist to control cannabis odour both during the production process and aftermarket. “No one thought to eliminate the odour at the source, the product itself,” said Pellicane, “we did this with the deployment of PureScent™.”

CannabCo has since been featured in multiple live interviews, and press coverage ranging from cannabis specific publications to seemingly unrelated market segments such as publications for the cottage industry. “Everyone wants to know the impact of this technology on different market segments both social, and business related,” said Pellicane, “in virtually all cases, the underlying theme was the positive aspect of the elimination of the cannabis smell associated with people using the product.” Pellicane further goes on to state that the company has created an entirely new market segment addressing what some consider a fundamental issue surrounding cannabis users, the odour.

CannabCo to launch Odourless Cannabis to the Canadian market, a global first

BRAMPTON, ON, Sept. 10, 2019 /CNW/ – CannabCo Pharmaceutical Corp. (CannabCo), a Canadian company located in Brampton, Ontario, is pleased to announce an agreement with an undisclosed technology provider to deploy an advanced cannabis technology for the production of near odourless cannabis. This is an industry first and a product the company claims is sorely needed in the marketplace.  Upon receiving its license from Health Canada, CannabCo will have exclusive rights to deploy the technology for use in its Canadian production.

Originally developed for the medical market and dubbed “PureScent™”, the technology was designed to eliminate much of the harshness of smoking cannabis by consumers without losing any of its properties.  “Cannabis by its nature when burnt, typically causes coughing and is very heavy when inhaled, which is especially true for new users.” Commented Mark Novak, Cannabco’s COO.  “The technology when deployed eliminates much of the harshness of smoking cannabis in its dry form allowing the process of using cannabis far more tolerable while retaining the essential properties”.

The technology also virtually eliminates odour typically associated with cannabis, both when packaged and stored prior to use, also during the time it is smoked.  “When we saw the technology in action and the end result, we realized there were a number of potential markets associated with the use of PureScent™”, said President and CEO Mark Pellicane, “There are no third-party gadgets, or devices on the part of the user, the end result is pure cannabis that doesn’t smell”.

CannabCo to deploy PHOENIX, for indoor cannabis production costs of under 50 Cents per gram, an industry first.

(CannabCo), a Canadian company located in Brampton, Ontario, is pleased to announce an agreement with an undisclosed technology provider to deploy an advanced cannabis cultivation system, which among many other features, has the ability to produce cannabis at record yields and at a cost of under $.50 per gram indoors, an industry first.  Upon receiving its license from Health Canada, CannabCo will have exclusive rights to deploy the cultivation technology for its Canadian operations.
